Just like in common societies, there are also courtesies, laws, and regulations in WonderKing. These are the laws and regulations provided by the WonderKing management for fair and rational operations. Read them at least once, so you will be aware of the rules.

 
Home Support Policies
1. Management policy besides the games

Most of these are about the website and is mostly being applied in the community boards wherein most members join in. In a usual case, when a member acts against a policy, his game account might be affected and will not be able to play. If any of the following rules are offended, upon the policies that were implemented, the board post will be deleted without prior notice. Multiple repetitions of this kind of action may lead to restriction from the boards and permanent banning in-game.

 
Any post that may contain obscenity, vulgarity, or abuse
Any post that has similar contents and blind advertisements
Any post about buying, selling, or common ownership of accounts
Any post including abuse of other players or other enterprises
Any post containing personal and business advertisements
Any post with false assumption to be a part of management or development team
Any post containing no relevance to WonderKing or instigating players with subjective opinions
 
Besides of what was written, any undesirable post shall be given a warning. And if the player continues on doing things that affects the atmosphere of the game even though the player has been warned, he will be given restricted access to the boards and permanent banning from the game.
 
2. Management policy within the game
The WonderKing Management sets the goal of fairness, speed, and accuracy for handling any problem that may incur to players in-game. So every player has to be familiar with the policies the company has established. And for us, the management team will do our best to consider the customers first and maintain neutrality with objective point of view in solving customer inquiries. WonderKing is managed under the following policies and our services are applied according to these policies. The establishment of these policies is for handling various problematic situations. If a customer fails to comply with the policies, he might be restricted under these rules. The management team of WonderKing has the right to establish, revise, and delete the policies if it is related to the game management. The contents of these policies may be changed by the company, and in any case that changes have been made, the modified content shall be posted in the homepage and shall be posted as news in-game so all customers will be aware of the said change. Any form of damage caused by not being aware of the modified policies cannot be considered for recovering.
 
Policy about recovering of items
1. If any loss, damage and modification of items or characters happened due to server problems, or system and technical problems, the losses may be recovered but has to be verified with the recordings of the information and communication service. The recovering should not harm the balance of the game for the recovery to be approved.
2. The management shall not be responsible for recovering items dropped or sold by mistake or intentionally. It is considered as giving up and losing item ownership.
3. There is no recovering for disappearance under the system in the game
4. The company shall only accept recovery reports within 15 days from the moment the loss has been made. This is due to difficulty in guaranteeing the DB over long periods of time.
 
Fraudulence in the game
1. In usual, when the fraud is habitual and may give bad influence between the community and the order, the management team intervenes and solves the problem.  But for some fraud in which, the verification is inaccurate and the scope of the problem is unclear, the management shall not intervene with the said problem.
2. If any player does fraudulent activities and is reported to be habitual, his account shall be restricted and given under the situation, his in-game items and money shall be collected.
3. The company never asks for account information or passwords in-game. So players should be aware of that.
 
Controlling of customers' accounts
1. Account ownership is under the responsibility of the players. In case of account exposure, the account owner shall be held liable for it.
2. Any matter or situation occurred in trading or joint ownership of accounts also falls under the responsibility of the player.
 
Trading of cash or account
It is illegal to advertise cash trading. The following acts may require you legal responsibility so you have to keep it in mind or it may affect your account.
 
1. When you created a character’s name that seems to have an intention of cash trading
2. When your character name or account name is related to a cash trading site or any act of commercial advertising.
3. When the character name is formed with a specific name of area or phone number that may seem to have an intention of cash trading
4. When traces of trading of cash/items/accounts are found within the data
5. When any reports are made and discovered in the database that the account is related to trading of cash, items, or account.
6. When chat advertisement was found and that seem to be advertise the trading of cash/items/account.
7. When advertisement is found in the boards advertising the trade of cash / items / account.
8. When selling or buying something without any requirements asked that gives the impression of cash trading
9. When writings include phone numbers, name of areas, or meaningless numbers without specific contents
10. When the player attempts to trade items or account with that of other games
11. When the player advertises about selling WonderKing currency, Zed.
 
Policies for unusual plays
1. When a player uses any illegal programs that give bad effects and breaks down in-game balance, the player’s account shall be permanently banned including all nucleus tools.
2. When a player abuses bugs instead of reporting it shall be considered the same as using illegal programs.
3. When a player induces bugs or any act that affects normal gameplay by manipulation of game client shall also be considered as using illegal programs
4. There will be a restriction for intended reproduction and distribution of items. In a case of item reproduction is found, report to the GMs right away. Unintended reproduction and distribution of items may restrict or ban you account.
5. The use of Automouse (including software and hardware forms) is restricted since it affects the players and the game balance. If a player is caught using it, the player will be banned and continual use of automouse shall lead to elimination of account
 
Policies established for social morals and customs
1. If a player acts against the social morals and customs like abusing, having obscene conversations and dirty talks will result to account ban.
2. When a player uses offensive words especially about parents or gender, he will be banned from WonderKing without prior notice or may also result to account termination.
3. If it is found as a light abuse (refer to the monitoring and screenshots), we will do our best in judging as to not make the similar occurrence to other players.
 
Policies on the name of character
The players have the freedom to create their own in-game names but in the following cases, the GMs may break into and make corrections on it.
 
1. If the name is against social and moral customs, including abuses, giving fear or disgust feeling.
2. If the name seems to be obscene or connotes some specific parts of the body
3. If the name promotes, racism, religious and gender discrimination.
4. If the name violates any copyright or trademark rights
5. If the name could give false assumptions as a part of the management / development team / company
6. If the name is anti-social and conflicts to the National Security Law
7. If the name is for a specific advertisement
8. If the name has an intention for cash / account trading
9. If the name is considered as a vulgar or slang word.
 
Policies on trouble of customers
1. The GMs do not intervene with the problems occurred between players
2. If the situation requires the GMs to intervene, the principle is to lead players to work things out with fairness at the objective point of view.
3. The following cases may require GMs to intervene:
 
Intentional interference of the game process
Insulting language has included
Dissemination of false stories and rumors
Continuous papering in chat window
Use of insulting names like homonyms
No cooperation in spite of GM warning
Frequent reports or abusive use of report system
Spamming writing content
Any act that is against the common idea of users
 
Policies for other matters
Other matters that obstruct the game or its users will be treated with warning, restriction, or elimination of account depending on the situation.

Requirements for restriction
The management policy does not have the judicial power but we apply them as a minimum basis for our company to ensure smooth gameplay. But for the restrictions of accounts of players, all cases will be verified first from its basis.
 
It is a part of WonderKing wherein a lot of trouble comes out between players and the company. So we work with our game logs, item logs, chatting logs, and monitoring (screenshots) to provide you with the best service. We shall do our best, as the management team of WonderKing with correspondence to these policies, to provide appropriate actions to every situation.
